DevOps & deployment automation
Deploy faster. Operate with confidence.
CI/CD pipelines, containers, deployment automation and monitoring for teams that want every release to be routine instead of risky. We set it up, document it and help you run it.
Sound familiar?
The problems this service fixes.
- 01Releases depend on one person running commands by hand.
- 02A deployment breaks production and nobody is sure how to roll back.
- 03It works on a laptop but not on the server.
- 04You find out the site is down when a customer tells you.
- 05Server passwords and API keys live in chat messages.
Capabilities
What we set up and run.
CI/CD pipelines
Build, test and deploy on every push using the tools you already have, such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, with checks that stop a broken build reaching production.
Containerization
Dockerfiles and Compose setups that build the same way on a laptop, in CI and on the server.
Deployment automation
Scripted, repeatable releases with environment variables and secrets handled properly, and a clear way to roll back.
Infrastructure configuration
Servers, reverse proxies, TLS, DNS and Cloudflare configured from versioned files rather than by hand.
Monitoring & observability
Uptime checks, logs and resource alerts, so problems are noticed before your customers report them.
Deployment troubleshooting
Failing builds, broken releases, crashing containers, SSL and DNS problems — diagnosed and fixed.
Ongoing operational support
Help after go-live: pipeline changes, new environments and questions from your developers, under agreed support terms.

How we work
A clear process, start to finish.
01
Review
We look at your repository, servers and current release process, and what keeps going wrong.
02
Plan
You get a written scope: what will be automated, what changes, and the price.
03
Build
Pipelines, containers and configuration are built and tested against a staging target first.
04
Switch over
Production moves to the new process with a rollback path ready.
05
Support
We stay available for fixes and changes under agreed terms.
Engagement & pricing
How working together works.
Review before quote
Share your setup and what's going wrong. We look before we quote, so the price reflects the real work.
Fixed-scope projects
Most DevOps work is quoted per project, with the scope and price agreed before work starts.
Optional ongoing help
Teams that want continued help after launch can agree an ongoing support arrangement.
FAQ
Common questions.
Do we need to move our hosting to NevaraCloud?
No. DevOps work can target the servers or cloud account you already use. If you'd rather not run servers at all, our managed hosting plans are an option, but they aren't required.
Which CI/CD tools do you use?
Usually GitHub Actions, because most projects already live on GitHub. If your code is on GitLab or another platform, we use its built-in CI instead of adding another tool.
Can you help with a single broken deployment?
Yes. One-off deployments and server fixes are handled as deployment help, quoted after we look at the problem.
How is DevOps work priced?
It's quoted per project after we review your setup. You get the scope and the price before any work starts.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
Not as standard. Our support hours are Monday to Sunday, 9am–10pm Sri Lanka time. Response expectations for ongoing work are agreed with you in writing.
