Requirements
What WordPress needs from a host.
WordPress is PHP plus a MySQL-compatible database. Every page that isn't cached runs PHP and several database queries, so the things that matter are CPU for PHP, fast storage for the database, and caching so most visitors never hit PHP at all.
- A database — MySQL or MariaDB. Included on Business and Pro.
- Fast disks — WordPress reads lots of small files and database rows. Our servers use NVMe SSDs.
- Caching — page caching for anonymous visitors, and an object cache such as Redis for logged-in users, carts and admin. Redis is included on Pro.
- HTTPS — free SSL on every plan, renewed automatically.
- A CDN — Cloudflare serves images, CSS and JavaScript from a location near each visitor.
Safety
Backups and security.
Most WordPress disasters are a bad plugin update, a hacked admin password or a vulnerable theme. The fix is the same each time: restore yesterday's copy. Business and Pro take an automated backup every day and keep 7 days of them, so you can roll back a week.
Every site sits behind Cloudflare's DDoS mitigation and our firewalls. Pro adds weekly malware scanning. If a site is already infected, the malware cleanup add-on removes the malware, patches the hole and closes backdoors.
Keep your own habits too: strong admin passwords, as few plugins as you need, and updates applied promptly.

WordPress hosting questions.
Which plan do I need for WordPress?
Business (LKR 3,500/month) for a typical business site or blog. Pro (LKR 6,500/month) for WooCommerce shops and heavy sites: it adds 2× CPU priority, Redis object caching and weekly malware scanning. Starter can't run WordPress because it has no database.
Will you move my site from my current host?
Yes. Migration is free on Business and Pro, with zero downtime — including from GoDaddy, Hostinger and Namecheap.
Do you install plugins or update WordPress for me?
We run the server, database, backups and security. WordPress core, theme and plugin choices stay yours. If your site is slow or hacked, the speed tune-up (LKR 4,500) and malware cleanup (LKR 10,000) add-ons cover the hands-on work.
Can I get a business email address too?
Yes. Business email setup on Zoho or Google Workspace is free on Pro, or a one-time LKR 3,000 add-on on other plans. The mailbox subscription itself is with Zoho or Google.
